Questionnaire For Prospective Puppy Purchasers

At Qwaynt Cardigans, puppies are sold with great concern, for both the puppy and the new owners.
We strive to find life long, loving homes for our cardigan puppies.
The answers that you give on this questionnaire will help to determine the best possible match between you and a possible puppy
The questions below help me to understand your lifestyle, experience and commitment to a purchase of a new Cardigan Welsh Corgi .

Filling out this questionnaire, does not guarantee you will be able to purchase a puppy from Qwaynt Cardigans.

I keep all questionnaire till a litter or puppy is available.
If I am not expecting a litter soon, I will forward your questionnaire to responsible reputable breeders, who may have puppies available.
